Where It Began

Alarcon Studio didn't start as a studio at all. It started with one website, one client, and a willingness to figure things out.

Our First Real Project

Our first real project was helping a healthcare practice get off the ground online. What began as a simple website build quickly grew into something more — untangling email infrastructure, setting up a proper Workspace environment, and helping a growing business put real, working systems behind their front door. It was hands-on, detail-heavy work, and it taught us the difference between building a website and building the operational backbone a business actually needs.

Growing Into New Kinds of Projects

That first project opened the door to more. With one client, we went further than a website — building out a full membership pipeline, connecting payment processing, member records, and email automation into one working system. Around the same time, we partnered with a sports organization to build and maintain their web presence, including the deeper DNS and hosting work most people never see but every site depends on.

Each project added a new layer of capability: digital experience, integration, automation, and infrastructure working together.

Scaling Up

As one client's operations grew, so did the complexity. We led a full Workspace tenant split, standing up an independent environment for a growing remote team and a new website to match. This meant solving real infrastructure problems — email routing, domain configuration, admin structure — the kind of behind-the-scenes solutioning that keeps a growing organization running smoothly.

Where We Are Now

Today, that same approach carries forward into our work with our newest client — another business trusting us to build the digital foundation they run on.

How AI Made Alarcon Studio Possible

Along the way, something changed in how we worked. Using AI as a working partner — not a shortcut, but a genuine force multiplier — meant we could take on more complexity, move faster, and deliver the kind of integrated, thoughtful solutions that used to require a much larger team. That shift is what allowed us to grow from a solo effort into Alarcon Studio: a practice built on the same hands-on values as that first project, now able to bring digital experiences, payment integrations, CRM and automation pipelines, and Workspace solutioning to clients beyond where it all started.

We're still the same people who showed up to solve that first problem. We just have a lot more tools — and a lot more experience — to bring to the next one.
